Originally from New Jersey, Art Caccese attended college in Massachusetts where he earned both undergraduate and graduate degrees and then enjoyed a successful 25-year career in fund development and marketing for national nonprofit organizations.

In 2006, he began his real estate career in Coastal Virginia. During that time, Art acquired a broker's license, was certified as a luxury home marketing specialist, and a corporate relocation professional.

When Art and his wife relocated to Naples in 2018 -- after visiting and vacationing in Naples for more than 24 years -- he focused his efforts on building a real estate business in Southwest Florida (SWFL). He knows the Naples and the SWFL coastal communities and lifestyles well. His commitment to Naples is evidenced by his involvement with several nonprofits and his church.
